  • Do I have to make a booking?
    We strongly recommend making a booking ahead of your visit. If you arrive without a booking, entry will be subject to availability as we follow a strict capacity to ensure our guests have a positive experience. All bookings and reservations are confirmed with payment. This is easily completed by following our online checkout.
  • How do your sessions work?
    Standard sessions run for 2 hours. You have access to all play areas including upstairs rooms during this time. You also have access to our café to order any meals, snacks or beverages. Each child also has a train ride ticket included in their entry fee.
  • What is the recommended age range?
    Our facility is designed to cater towards children between the ages of 0-6. Older siblings are welcome as a play mate, please ensure they are mindful of the younger children playing alongside them.
  • What is your policy for footwear within the play centre?
    Upon entry, all guests including adults remove their shoes and we store them safely behind the counter in lockers during your visit. We will provide a key for your locker, which you return upon checkout. All visitors must wear socks at all times during their stay. No bare feet. While it is not mandatory, we also sell children's grip socks at the front desk. If a guest has a disability that makes them unable to walk barefoot, we provide shoe covers to be worn during your stay.
  • How does the train ride work?
    Each child has a train ride ticket included in their entry fee. The train runs every half hour. We will ring a bell as a reminder that the train is departing soon. You are welcome to accompany your little one on the train as part of their ticket. Additional train ride tickets are $2 and can be booked online as part of your booking or alternatively can be purchased at the front desk at any time.
  • What if I am running late for my booked time?
    We understand that with kids, sometimes delays occur and you may not reach your appointment on time. Let us know as soon as you can if this occurs. We will do our best to ensure that you receive the full value of your booking. However this is subject to availability.
  • Do you cater for dietaries?
    We are constantly expanding our menu to provide more options for different dietary requirements. We currently have gluten friendly, vegetarian and vegan options available. We are very happy to be flexible with our menu items to accommodate specific requests. Please advise of any allergies upon ordering. Our kitchen is currently not Halal or Kosher certified.
  • Where can I park my pram?
    Allocated pram parking is available in the reception area. For infants, we allow prams to be brought into the venue.
  • Can I join my friends who already made a booking?
    Unless you already booked ahead, this is subject to availability.
  • Why can I not book my preferred time online?
    Our website updates live according to our current bookings. If we are booked out you will not be able to complete a booking for that time. Our sessions do run for 2 hours. If you attempt to make a booking online when we are closing soon, this may not work. In this case give us a phone call and enquire about availability for shorter sessions at the end of the day.
  • My child woke up sick this morning, can I reschedule?
    We understand that this is often unavoidable with little ones. Please advise us as soon as you can if you know you cannot attend your booking. We will do our best to reschedule you to a time that suits you, pending availability. Please do not attend your session if a member of your party is not feeling well. As we hold your reservation for you on the day, we cannot assist with reschedule requests after the booked time has elapsed.
  • What parking is available?
    We have our own carpark adjacent to our building for Honeyccino customers. Feel free to park here during your session time. Otherwise all surrounding street parking is free for 2 hours.
  • Can I bring food into the venue?
    As we try to provide a safe space for particular allergens, our policy is no external food is to be brought into the facility. Baby formula or baby food for a new-born is an exception. If you have specific allergies or dietaries, please contact us ahead of your booking to confirm what items we can allow.
  • Are you wheelchair accessible?
    All areas of our venue is accessible via wheel chair except our upstairs booth seating and crawler play rooms. A brand new toilet block was constructed prior to opening with a disabled toilet included.
  • Do you charge entry for new born children?
    Children under 6 months of age are admitted for free. View our full pricing below.
  • What is included in the adult entry fee?
    The fee for adult entry is to reserve a spot at our play centre for 2 hours. As we have a limit on our capacity unlike our competitors, we ensure that our guests have an enjoyable experience without it feeling too over crowded for you and your little ones. If you were after any drinks, our cafe menu is available to order from at the front counter.
  • What is included in the grazing cup in the adult catering for party packages?
    The grazing cups are designed to be a handheld snack for each adult attending your party. Included inside are a few nibblies; Crackers, twiggy stick, fruit, cheese, chocolate and cut vegetables. If there are dietaries to consider, we are flexible with making changes to the contents to ensure every guest is catered for.
  • Are you open 7 days a week?
    Yes! We are open every day of the year except Christmas and Boxing Day. We'll post on our socials if we are closed for anything irregular like maintenance.
